  Recently, I had to replace a heating and cooling unit. Working with Petitt made a painful experience so much more bearable. Logan did a great job explaining options. He was professional, kind, courteous, respectful, and let me pick the option that fit my needs and budget. I didn’t feel any “sales pressure “. Nathan and the installation crew was great!   They were very timely and helpful informative on a Sunday before a holiday. They are also priced very reasonable and didn’t try to gouge me.
Jock was very pleasurable and patient. I explained to him what it was doing and he said what it sounded like. He went to the unit checked the part confirmed it was bad and replaced it. With in 30 minutes he was in and out. Great young man and good company. I highly recommend and will be switching my service company to Petitt Heating and Cooling.
