Ingredients

  • 1 gallon apple cider
  • 3 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 cup cranberry juice
  • 1 cup pomegranate juice
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • Dark brown sugar, to taste
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs (for garnish)
  • Sugared cranberries on cocktail picks (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Pour the apple cider into a large pot or Dutch oven and set it over low heat.
  2. Add the cinnamon sticks along with the cranberry, pomegranate, and orange juices.
  3. Let the mixture gently warm and simmer for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Once the spices have infused, remove the cinnamon sticks. Taste the cider and stir in dark brown sugar if you'd like a sweeter drink.
  5. Ladle into mugs and finish with rosemary or sugared cranberries for a festive garnish.
